The Buying Process

Pre-Approval

Your first step is to speak with a mortgage specialist to see how much mortgage you can afford. Once you’ve been pre-approved, Cory will work with you to begin your home search!

Meet & Greet

Your home buying process kicks off with an initial coffee meet with Cory. Here, Cory will break down the entire buying process in an easy to understand manner. We’ll also discuss your goals and criteria for your ideal property (i.e. “must-haves” vs. “nice-to-haves”).

03.

Updated Listings

Based on your criteria, we’ll sign you up to receive notifications on the most current and up-to-date listings. You’ll be the first to know when a property meeting your requirements pops up on the market.

04.

Home Search

Finding that perfect home is hard work. Cory will streamline the process by recommending homes based on your needs and wants. She’ll walk you through showings and provide any answers to questions you may have along the way.

05.

The Offer & Negotiation

Once you’ve found your home, it’s time to make an offer! Negotiating the right deal can be a delicate process. Cory will help negotiate the price, day of possession, inclusions, condition dates, and other stipulations – all with your goals and objectives in mind.

06.

The Team

After the offer is accepted, you will have a team of professionals facilitating the financing conditions, home inspection, and legal documentation to protect your interest when buying a property.

07.

Possession Day

At last, the day you’ve been waiting for – possession day! You’ll receive the keys from Cory, and together do a walkthrough on the day of possession.

08.

Follow-Up

Cory will follow-up a week after possession day to ensure everything is in order. She’ll connect one final time one month later, just to see how you’re enjoying your new home!
